Health Department Addendum
Late Work Policy:
Students will receive two vouchers per quarter. These vouchers may be used as late assignment passes (for assignments worth 20 points or less), hall passes, or extra credit. All other work will be reduced 50% if it is turned in late.
No past due, absent, or extra credit work will be accepted the last week of the quarter.
Parent permission is required for the maturation unit and for students to view the educational version of the film Supersize Me. Paper copies of these permission slips will be sent home with your student.
